Custom Fields in JoomISP

We have recently received many inquiries about the Joomla! recently introduced Custom Fields could also be used in JoomISP. We think the idea itself is pretty cool and have therefore also thought about it, with the current release they are also used for the first time in JoomISP.

Reworked Download Area

Also a very common topic, that the JoomISP files are not directly from the Joomla! Extension Managers are updatable. This is due to the fact that the download files are located in secure folders on the web space and it was only through prior registration on the JoomISP site that it was ensured that the download was justified.

We have now worked out a way, with which after this update also from your Joomla! Installations will be able to make the updates without any prior login here.

Using an individual key we can check if the current user has a valid package and grant or deny the download accordingly.

This point is also the reason for the complete revision of all files.

Outsourced files of the Main Component & Language files

So far, the Main Component in addition to the Paypal also the Direct Debit, Bank Transfer and the SEPA Transfer Plugin was included. Since all Plugins were also revised, we only have the Invoice and Bank Transfer Plugin in the current Main Component file.

PayPal and the other Plugins are now standalone Downloads and can therefore also be updated, PayPal will continue to evolve also.

Although the Language files are not revised from the content, but there are now also familiar Installation Routines and Results and are now, especially through its own Update Server upgradable for you.

This allows our JoomISP Users who use Languages ​​other than ours familiar German or English to customize the files and send them to us. We will then version and release them accordingly. As a thank you we give depending on the effort and scope of additional free months on existing JoomISP Packages!

In your Joomla! Manager then as usual an Update will be displayed.

 

Unique Installation Results

All files now have consistent installation results. Thus, when installing or updating a language, the country flag will be displayed as shown in the intro image of this article.

Of course, if you update several files at once, only the result of the last file will be displayed.

The same applies to all other JoomISP Plugins & Modules.
