How fast time flies... Now Easter 2018 is almost in front of the door.

As usual, of course, this year will be an Update for you in time, we are already in the final test phase.

Joomla! 3.8.6 Update

Yesterday there was a new Joomla! Update to Version! 3.8.6.
In addition to a few bug fixes such as continued supported Google reCAPTCHA v1 and various PHP 7.2 fixes, a low-priority vulnerability has also been closed.

All of our sites, including the JoomISP Demo, are already running on Joomla! 3.8.6 and so far everything seems to continue work.

New Download Area & optimized JoomISP Update functionality

Because the ZIP files from JoomISP are located in a specially secured area on the server, it is not possible to Download them directly from the Joomla! Extension Manager to Update the Packages.

We've done a lot of research lately on how to still provide the function, including a user review.

Also after consultation with further Joomla! developers, we have now been able to realize such functionality and are pleased that they will already be on board in the upcoming Update.

For this, the entire Download Area in your Usermenu had to be adjusted, we did our work to keep the change as low as possible for you.
In the Intro image you can see the new Download Area, which looks similar to the current one.

More Features in JoomISP for the Easter Update

So far we will probably got the first functions for Custom-Fields of Joomla! As it seems at the moment we can already integrate this feature in the upcoming Update.
