Last few weeks I have been very active in the Joomla! Community.
I provided several sessions in the JUG Online Group, also in Facebook channels and the Joomla! Forum the users saw me.

In the upcoming week I´m also on the JoomlaDay in Gießen.

But also the development of Joomla! I am already looking forward to and have also made first tests with my extensions.

XSS vulnerability in the WhoIS query

Recently, we received a note from a customer stating that he had discovered a vulnerability in the WhoIS Module that allowed a Cross-Site-Scripting attack.

We took this advice very seriously and then checked the module and the query in the component.

Updates have been available for download since yesterday and should be uploaded as soon as possible, the note had actually confirmed.

Joomla! 4 Development & JoomISP

The new Joomla! 4 progresses slowly but surely, recently the Alpha 11 was released for testing.

I have already installed it and made first positive tests with JoomISP and some other Extensions from Medialekt.

I'm already looking forward to the new version today.

Joomla! Version 3.9.11

As usual we update with new Joomla! always also our extension pages. The JoomISP component is so far with the current Joomla! 3.9.11 compatible.

Please pay attention in the future, that extensions also work with newer versions and wait until the operators give a green light.
