Read our short summary of the results from our first tests from JoomISP 1.6.1 and Joomla! 3.6.0 RC 2.

Upgrade from Joomla! 3.5.1

Go to System → Configuration → Joomla! Updates and set the Update Server from Standard to Test → save

Now you can start the upgrade process directly to Joomla! 3.6.0 RC2.

Normally the upgrade should be processed successfully.

JoomISP 1.6.1 Installation

You can install as usual the JoomISP Component via the Joomla! Extension Manager.

In our case we  loaded the example data and then we have a brand new JoomISP on Joomla! 3.6.0 RC2.

JoomISP Configuration

For this test we only created required menu links.

Summary

After few tests JoomISP is working with Joomla! 3.6.0 RC 2 but have a small menu issue in frontend if no user is logged on. We are working on this tasks and want to indicate you on the following fact:

JoomISP 1.6.1 is only released for Joomla! 3.5.1. Please update no productive systems to Joomla! 3.6.0 until we have released JoomISP for Joomla! 3.6 in a few days.
